Don't let the luxorious lobby and outside fool you, the rooms do not fare as well. Rooms are small, I mean tiny. Hallways long and dark and dirty. The towels? Yeah, the towels feel like sandpaper against your skin. I had to wait for over an hour to get clean wash cloths. Not worth a red nickel. more

A big busy hotel with no regard for the personal traveller. The staff just aren't interested in making you happy! I was checked into a disabled room, and am not disabled! The Sheraton has always been synonymous with quality and luxury. Alas the this particular branch has disappointed us. We asked for a double double room that would sleep four.
