I came to NYC for a nice weekend celebrating my anniversary. I was greeted by the friendly staff who gave me a complimentary upgrade and a nice bottle of red wine. The room was very nice with a view of the Empire State building. We definatelly had a wonderfull time and we'll surely be back again. Highly recomended imo. more

It's attractive, with clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms at a price that's reasonable for New York. This Carlton definitely misses the Ritz as the hotel misses the mark by a mile. Slated as a 4-star hotel, the rooms are small, noisy, with uncomfortable beds and creepy hallways.
