We have stayed at the Waldorf towers several times before and although we love the beautiful building and the lovely suites we once again feel very disappointed by the lack of care given by the staff. We have had problems before with staff attitude but decided because it is such a nice hotel to give it another chance. We were... more

The most beautiful hotel I've ever been. Ideally located in Manhattan, you'll enjoy a VIP treatment. The concierge staff (Michael especially) is absolutely the best ever. I've been free-uograded to an executive tower suite. The price is not so high (307 usd), but you'll be satisified. more

We were upgraded from 26th floor at Waldorf Astoria to 39th floor at Waldorf Towers, where we had an incredible room with a spectacular view on both Park avenue and the other side (wherever we looked there...), including a breakfast buffet, for the same price friends of mine payed at shabby "tone on lex". Marble bathroom, golden faucets, comfy beds,... more

We were upgraded from a regular sized room to a huge suite at check-in. The suite (31H) was by far the largest and nicest we had ever seen in New York. The entire suite was impeccably decorated and had great views of Park Ave. The living room had plenty of space for hosting, along with a nice office area. The... more

We stayed at The Waldorf Towers for 3 nights in August 2008. It is not cheap, but location right in the heart of NYC made it worth it. We had no car, did not use the Metro and only needed one taxi ride to the southern end of Manhatten for the whole of our stay. We enjoyed walking everywhere as... more

Staying in the Waldorf Towers was a very nice experience. It is just as great as the Waldorf Astoria but just happens to be a little more private since there is a seperate enterance and the service was very good. The staff checked in with us at least once a day to make sure that we had everything that we... more

My husband and I stayed at the Waldorf Towers to celebrate our anniversary and take in all the tourist sites. Our stay at the Waldorf Towers was flawless. Friendly check-in, a beautiful suite overlooking the city, super comfortable bed, generous breakfast in the lounge and charming, caring service from all the staff members we encountered. The location is perfect -... more

For out 10th anniversary we decided to splurge on a weekend at luxury Manhattan hotel. We'd seen mixed reviews of the Waldorf Astoria, but since we got a decent deal of $300 (well, a decent deal for the Waldorf; it's by far the most expensive hotel room I've ever paid for, but(for a king room in an historic old hotel... more
