Yes, the cost is very cheap for a New York hotel in such a great location. Sadly, however, that is about all this place has going for it. We stayed here as there was parking offered - this is actually on the street and nothing to do with the hostel so should not be used as a facility on their details. The website photos are obivously fake, the rooms are vile, the "facilities" offered in bathroom and WC are hardly what one would expect for what they charge. The worst place I have ever stayed in. Avoid this dump at all costs!!!! more

The best thing about this place, beside the price, is the location! Very safe and nice area, right next to the subway, lots of bakeries, coffee places, restaurants and bars. You get what you pay for!!!!!I the hotel is an interesting experience of new york on is own. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Public bathrooms most of the times all occupied on every floor at the same time. Staff not friendly and rude. But you got what you pay for, at that price u can't complain. Love NYC more
