I stayed in this Hotel in October 2011 and it was great! Having read many not so good reviews I had to call the hotel and get an assurance. Good meals (I only had breakfast-and it was the same menu for all the three days!), The view from 16th floor upwards is great, but only if you book a room... More

We spent a week at the Bentley which is in a great location. Approx 20 mins walk to Central park , easy to get to Bloomingdales, Macy's, 42nd street and 5th avenue . Never paid more than £10 for a taxi and even used the hotels limo service which was same price as a yellow cab . Before arriving in... More

Everything is old, the road outside could be heard clearly, carpet in Lobby dirty, checked out after 2 nights. Rather go to time square for slightly more, and 100% better. More

I spent a weekend at this property and was pleased by the fantastic location, one block off the East River, you are within walking distance of Saks, Bloomis, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, the Theatre District and the adorable Dylan's Candy Bar. There are several places to eat nearby inluding my favorite Mr Chows on 57th. The service was reasonable the... More

I stayed in this hotel in febuary 2009. The room was nice, unfortunatly on the morning of our departure the hot water stopped working in our shower. We waited30 minutes before maintenance showed up, unable to fix the issue. I called down to the main desk to see if we could have a late check out due to the problem... More

I flew into NYC on Jan. 29th, 2012 to stay at the Holiday Inn on 31st St. while on a business trip. It was a complete nightmare. The desk clerks were rude, obnoxious and didn't know what they were doing. They ended up putting a hold on 900 on my credit card by accident. I was so frustrated I decided... More

Although the rooms are nicely appointed, they are NYC-tiny, tiny, tiny. Attentive and helpful staff make the hotel feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet, however, is overpriced and mediocre, at best. For a good meal at reasonable price, walk one block to the Ritz Diner. Don't miss their blueberry pancakes. More

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend checking in on a Friday. When we reached the front desk, we were told their computers were down so they couldn't tell which rooms had been cleaned, they had no idea when they would be up, and to just 'sit in the lobby'. Really? No Plan B? No going to the rooms... More

We stayed here for a week, and got engaged in one of the rooms! The hotel had great views over the river and the rooftop restaurant was lovely - breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and spacious, and well-located. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, and it was quite expensive, but we... More

I recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel while on business at the nearby hospitals. The hotel location is close to Cornell, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and HSS. It's a quick walk to the bus and taxis are abundant. (About a $25 taxi from La Guardia) The hotel has very modern decor. I had a corner room on the 18th floor with... More
