Stayed at the Exchange for a conference (booked for me by organizers). Location is good for financial district, but it was like someone was trying to create a trendy, boutique hotel and ran out of money. Who hires the front desk staff? They were rude and unaccommodating. I waited 45 minutes to check in and a full hour to check out. There was no assistance provided for transportation. Great location, close to the subway and one block from the free downtown connector bus. Got a great rate and free upgrade to a full suite. Large suite with a full kitchen.
