This hotel is in a good location near Penn Station. Room was clean,affordable and quiet..Would stay here again. more
The location of this hotel is excellent. It is only 2 minutes walking to nearby subway station and surrounded by many great restaurants. 2 doors down it is a Korean grocery store that opens until midnight. I often worked late in downtown, but had so issue getting back by subway and finding something to eat nearby and feeling absolutely safe.... more
I have no complaints whatsoever about this hotel. The room was a bit small, but on par with other NYC hotels. Nice new flat screen TV, very comfortable memory foam mattress, AC/Heat worked great. The room was small. I booked a kings bed to find out I only got a queen. Location was excellent in the middle of Korea town and very very close to 5th,6th and broadway. We planned a mini vacation to New York in Sept. 2009 and stayed at Laquinta Manhattan. While my family and I were there I left my cam corder in the Business Center and the next day it was gone. It's practically impossible to find a decent hotel in midtown Manhattan for under $200/night, but I kept checking until I ran across the La Quinta on West 32nd Street and jumped on it. I loved this hotel. The room was small but unless you want to spend over 300 a night, that is typical New York, especially when the buildings are so old.
