Can't understand the first review. We stayed in a standard room on the second floor which was huge and spotlessly clean. We have always loved Best Western they are usually clean and comfy. The El Rey was a real surprise. The Spa area was filthy, one sauna did not work at all and it looked as though the floors had not been cleaned in a month. The water in the bath would intermittently go from hot to cold.
