Stayed here for the Little Rock Half Marathon weekend on March 3. Not the shiniest SHS I've stayed at but good chain for the amount of space in the guest room with microwave and fridge. Travel to half marathon start was easy!

In our 2 night stay we were very disappointed, rooms were dated. Pullout couch was dingy, showing obvious signs of wear. All the furniture and lamps looked very old. Carpet was dirty. Overall experience was not what we were expecting. Will not be back.

Friendly staff and good value but the cleanliness of the rooms and facility are what set this facility apart. We just wanted a place to pillow our heads as we travel toward Houston. The Marriott booking through their reservation line did everything possible to insure we received the lowest rate.
