Marginal and inconsistent on a daily basis. Housekeeping lead something to be desired. Wastebaskets were not emptied in the room on a daily basis. Stayed here on Friday and Saturday night in 2 different rooms. Friday I asked to be upgraded to a courtyard room and this was done with no difficulty and no additional fee.
