We arrived early at 1p,....requested an upper floor, city view, balcony with no problem.
But when we viewed our 10th floor room,... it had no balcony.
We called guest relations and they apologized and offered us free concierge service as a remedy; or a relocation to a balcony floor.

Hotel is in a nice location. Walking distance to restaurants and clubs. Very nice lobby, standard fitness area for this type of hotel. Shuttle to and from the airport very convenient. Business center could use some work, computers re-booted themselves and printer was spotty.

Every single staff person we encountered were so hospitable--especially Larry with guest services and the people at the front desk.
