“not a satisfied customer”

To start off the customer service was very good but the room wasn't the beds were too hard the comode was broken and wabbly the shower was leaking

“Good place to spend the night”

Have stayed at this hotel many times before as it is the perfect stopping off place for trip from west coast to San Antonio. Nice place, clean rooms, attentive staff, and easy to find right next to interstate. Continental breakfast is better than most with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, to include cereal, fruits, coffee and juice.

Due to location of hotel next to highway one would think some type of double pane windows might help reduce the nolse. To loud all night resulting in very little sleep prior to a surgical procedure next morning. Beds were a bit too hard as well.

First of all I apologize for the noise off the I-10, our front desk representatives would of moved you to another room located in the back of the building facing away from the highway.
