It's on the very quiet Ventura harbor, so no beach. The guest services on the 1st floor is open for light breakfast, snacks, and cocktails. Room was nice I was in a Voyager with a view to die for! The area is alot of fun to ride bikes (which are free) at the resort. Very nice room, didn't realize that the one bedroom was a lock out unit so we had two bedrooms! Concierge was not helpful when we asked for recommendations, but otherwise everything was clean and efficient.
