We stayed in a studio unit. This unit is nicer and larger than many one bedroom units. The complex is well maintained, clean, and quite. The Jacuzzi is very unique in a greenhouse style of enclosure. The location is delightful, right on the edge of the channel.

I've been going there since I was s child. This resort has such wonderful memories for me and now for my children. Now that my parents are gone (timeshare left to my boys) it has a more special meaning for us. We stay in the same room every year, same as when I was growing up...with beautiful ocean views. I... We stayed in a "studio" which was more like a small apartment. The bedroom area was separate from the living area, and the kitchen. The place was very roomy and perfect for the 2 of us. The little kitchen was totally equipped with everything we needed, including a 2 burner stove and a toaster oven. The bathroom was huge with... More

I stayed in a 2 bedroom with my mom at Harbortown during the week of October 6, 2012. We used it as a home base for day trips to LA, Santa Monica, Malibu, and local shopping malls and marinas. I used the complimentary bikes daily to explore the harbor area neighborhoods each morning. If I were not with my mom... More

The Harbortown Point Resort is in a great location for day trips to the LA, Ojai, the Channel Islands, Santa Barbara, and the Ynez Valley region. The marina village area has several restaurants and shops and one may ride the complimentary resort bikes there if they choose. It is a very quaint resort which has a lot of senior citizen timeshare... More

It's on the very quiet Ventura harbor, so no beach. The guest services on the 1st floor is open for light breakfast, snacks, and cocktails. A dinner restaurant is located within 3 minutes walk from any unit. The harbor village with several restaurants, cafes, and shops is about a 30-minute-moderate-pace walk. All units on the ocean side face the ocean.... More

The resort is located in paradise. Our unit has a view of the ocean across a lovely garden filled with flowers and shrubs. The inside of the resort to be updated to match the beauty of the outside. The resort is older and the decor is dated and shabby in appearance in parts. Our unit is spacious and able to... More

Large studio- great value for your exchange points. Mary was very helpful and friendly. Go see the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley.

Room was nice I was in a Voyager with a view to die for! The area is alot of fun to ride bikes (which are free) at the resort. The pool area could be updated and it is really quiet there and there should be more activities there. Overall it was a relaxing trip close to Santa Barbara which is... More

Very nice room, didn't realize that the one bedroom was a lock out unit so we had two bedrooms! Concierge was not helpful when we asked for recommendations, but otherwise everything was clean and efficient.
