Fantastic service and hospitality! My family and I have stayed here so many times, Comfort Inn Ventura Beach is our second home in Ventura. The breakfast, free-parking on-site, personal customer service is unbeatable.

The staff is lovely, the room you will be given if you prepay for a better rate, or use a discounted rate such as AAA or senior will be old, dirty, stained carpet, stained furniture,, chipped sink, bathroom corners are grungy...etc. The heat or microwave in your room may or may not work. Enough said. Avoid.

The Comfort Inn Ventura is in a great location for food and driving distance to other areas of California - a great hotel to make your base while seeing other areas. The staff is great and goes out of their way to make you feel at home and answer your questions about the area

Quiet even though right next to the freeway. Free Denny's breakfast. Friendly staff and easy check in and out! Room is comfortable and newly renovated. I like the light fixtures because the room makes it bright.

The rooms are nice and big. They are very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. THe breakfast provided at Dennys was a nice option. You could pick your own and it was made fresh. Even though the staff seemed unable to solce the CC issue for the TV they were able and willing to give me the remote for the Samsung TV so I could set up the TV for my wife and I who are both hearing impaired. Very helpful staff would stay there again.

Stayed at Comfort Inn for a quick overnight on a trip back to San Diego. It's clean, comfortable, a little tight on space (value engineering!), and the bed was HEAVENLY. Pro: 1. Front desk staff (including manager) was courteous, efficient and friendly. 2. Perfect location for Ventura Pier, Camarillo Outlets, Old Town Ventura. 3. Great value. Cons: 1. Parking can be horrendous.
