We stayed here while attending a memorial service. Check-in was excellent as we were upgraded to a river-view king with breakfast coupons for only $10. Breakfast staff gave good service. Managers and others in the lobby asked if all was OK a little too often as they did not realize others had also asked.

I have stayed at this hotel for business quite a few times. The hotel is very friendly and the location is nice, but the hotel could use a major renovation. The rooms are outdated. They do treat Marriott rewards members very well with a complimentary upgrade, if available.
