Spent 3 nights in Treetops condos at Fernwood to play golf with friends. Stayed in 6000 numbered condos, 7 guys, top & bottom condo. Condo wasn't in pristine condition, but was ok for a group of guys. This is not a typical resort. This property is a timeshare and that is thier main source of revenue. We stayed at The Fairways, which are villas or condo-type lodging. Everything inside/out needed paint. The villa itself was outdated and needs to be refurbished. Everything was minor, such a broken knob on closet door, water stains on ceiling in bedroom, exhaust fan not working, etc...but added together it makes you wonder if they have any maintenance staff at all.... more
