Stayed here for President's day weekend with the family for some snowboarding and stayed at this TravelLodge because it was one of the cheapest rooms I found online ($126 per room). I booked 2 rooms. Underground parking garage had a huge incline to get in and out of, but it was worth it because it kept the SUV out of... more

Extremely clean rooms, great breakfast, very large spa and they have a Sauna!!!! Staff was extremely nice. This is where I would stay again if I went back. They also have A/C units which most of the motels in the area dont. Room even had a fridge and microwave. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone going to this area. more

This travelodge was perfect for us, as new parents and pet owners we liked this place better than many other pet friendly places we have recently stayed at. Although outdated, the rooms were not distasteful and were very clean. Breakfast was fine with us, as cereal and coffee or hot chocolate is a good start. Anybody that expects more should... more

We luckily only stayed there for a single night. The place really looks run down, is smelly, the carpet's peeling off and the ventilator in the bathroom was about to blow up every second (at least it sounded like it). The rooms are very dark and we were happy that we left the next morning. So, this place even isn't... more

Family of five from UK touring California. We stayed at this hotel and found it not to be too bad. Other reviews made me think twice but as ever, if you want five star then book five star. We wanted a stopover on our way to Death Valley and Mammoth Lakes is a very picturesque place and no doubt is... more

Came to Mammoth for a romantic weekend with my husband. This was NOT the place to stay. Outside of hotel was weedy, with paint peeling; stairwells from the garage into the hotel (no elevator that I saw) were filthy and smelled of urine; bags of garbage in the hallways. Rooms appeared clean initially, but the screens were torn and did... more

This is an old and shabby motel. It is not worth the $98.00 per night we paid. The room was clean. However, it wouldn’t have taken much to spruce it up a bit. There was a knob missing on a dresser drawer. It is a bit difficult to open a drawer when there is no knob. A knob, a screw,... more

I've made numerous trips to Mammoth Lakes and this hotel was by far the worst ever. We've stayed at every lodge, the Best Western, Alpenhof, you name it. This was beyond the worst. I've never had a lousier time in MY LIFE. Wanted to sleep in the car. Ended up leaving the mountain early when we couldn't find anyplace else... more

I have stayed in the hotel dozens of times. It is safe to stay here. Though it is a bit worn around the edges, it is clean and quiet for a basic hotel. The beds are comfortable enough. It has all the amenities that you might need: wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave, TV, safe and underground parking. I believe there is a... more

Unsafe and unclean (see pics). Although I didn't notice at first, the shower curtain hung too low and draped across the bathtup - I nearly slipped when getting in. Also, stains, dirt, human hair, and missing-paint areas were on the walls. A customer could certainly be harmed - I almost was. (And I'm a physically fit skier!) more
