Stayed in cozy Mamie cabin with everything we needed, staff was attentive and great. Snow, weather and mountains; beauty beyond description. Booking for next year. Oh and BTW, the fishing was great. More

My husband and I stayed in the Garnet cabin (1 bedroom, lakeview) with our 2 children (6.5 and 1.5) at the end of June. Tons of snow still, but Lake Mary had melted at least. We loved the cabin--very unpretentious and cozy. It is small--we had to keep shifting our luggage from room to room depending on the time of... More

My husband and I, along with our pup, traveled up to Mammoth in October 2010 and stayed 4 nights at Crystal Crag Lodge............which really is a group of cabins of various sizes. The area is just beautiful and did not feel crowded, but it was October! Cabins - we stayed in Twin which is a one bedroom one bath cabin... More

Group of housekeeping cabins on Lake Mary, Mammoth Lakes, Ca. Even though a bit funky like most housekeeping cabins (what was my grandmother's veneer end table doing in the bathroom?), cabins & grounds are well-maintained. Beds are unusually comfortable & linens very nice. Service was excellent & cheerful. The problem for me was the location, not the resort. This beautiful... More

The cabin was a great choice to locate ourselves for a 9 day trip to the Mammoth Lakes area. The furnishings in the cabin were outdated (I know it's expensive to keep everything updated, but if it was my property I would visit Ikea for kitchen items and The Company Store for bedding and linens) but everything that you would... I know this place has great appeal for a longer stay (the cabin rentals are usually by the week), but I wanted to add it's also great for a one night post-Yosemite stay, if you can get a cabin. Lucky for me, they had a one night opening. I was originally scheduled for a night in "Twin" (one bedroom with... More

A great place to catch-up with friends. Most of the cabins overlook the lake. You can day hike into serene wilderness, float tube on Lake Mary or one of the many adjacent pretty lakes, rent a small motor boat (5 lb.+ trout await), or just hang out on the deck of the cabin all day and stare at the lake,... To the "CREW" at Crystal Crag Lodge, We just wanted to take a moment to let you ALL know what a wonderful time we (Mike, my husband, & Zachary, our Siberian Husky) had at Crystal Crag last week. The place was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. We stayed at Laurel for 2 nights & Horseshoe for our last night.... More

Our recent stay at Crystal Crag Resort cabins was fantastic! The entire Staff were absolutely wonderful to us and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a memorable stay. The Mamoth Lakes area is a uniquely beautiful place and offers an outdoor mountain experience 2nd to none (except maybe the Canadian Rockies). Crystal Crag Resort... More

We just spent a week at CCL....obviously the scenery is out of this world! The cabins are just rustic enough to make us feel comfortable. Our cabin was clean, cozy and perfectly situated. What better location could one ask for in Mammoth Lakes? The crackling fireplace added the perfect ambience, and how nice of them to provide the firewood. The... More
