We had booked last minute so we paid an arm and a leg during the Christmas through New Year week. That being said, this was a very convenient place to stay. There is a tram stop to the slopes outside the hotel and it's an easy walk to the Village (about 10 minutes). There is a pizza place next door... more

i stayed at the Quality Inn Mammoth over the Labour Day long weekend in August. very basic hotel. highlights: - comfortable bed, - clean bathroom and bedroom - easy check out. - next door there is an awesome pizza joint. simple but great low lights - we were aware there was no AC but no humidifier made it near impossible... more

Unfortunately, this was an extremely dirty hotel. I should have walked out but I had arrived very late in the night. The carpet was a filthy hunter green that exuded a black mark on my white socks. The next morning, there was a 2-inch large spider in the bathroom. The parking is in the basement and good luck avoiding all... more

WHAT CAN I SAY? Should I say anymore it has wireless internet, next door to pizza, liquor and a bar as well has a spa like pool shall I go on. A great place to stay. It's sooo clean and homely. The carpet looks so clean as with the walls, bathrooms and beds. It has a new mini fridge and... more

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Mammoth for two nights on a business trip. The hotel does not have air conditioning and even though the weather was not too hot (mid-80's), the hotel was hot and stuffy. The room had a fan, which helped a little bit, but overall the stuffiness was pretty bad, especially in the upstairs breakfast... more

We are the, "Biggs HOG Chapter" of North San Diego County, California. A “Well Respected”, group of Motorcycle Enthusiast. We booked our stay at the Quality Inn at Mammoth Lakes, CA, from June 6 to 10, 2008. I and 60 other people with me can't begin to tell you just how accommodating this hotel was. The staff did everything to... more

The motel is noisy and my room facing the road was especially noisy. Since there is NO AC, you have to open the window to cool the room done and the noise from the street is awful. The temperature control has NO FAN setting, so you can't drown out the street noise with a fan (a floor fan was available,... more

We have stayed at the Quality Inn on several business trips to Mammoth Lakes in the past couple of years. We choose the hotel more because it fits within our budget guidelines than for amenities. That being said, the Quality Inn is more than a little bit on the dumpy side, which is not uncommon in ski resort areas. It... more

My recent stay at the Quality Inn was a partially controlled disaster. Much like the surrounding neighborhood, the premises left a lot to be desired. The hotel construction was mediocre, and there were no decorations to speak of. The lack of a/c may be a deal killer for some people, but my aunt and I survived. Had it been 5... more
