...and so did we! My wife and our daughter stayed at the Lovejoy while visiting friends nearby. We stayed in the Carriage House Cottage out back. The Inn is situated just a couple blocks up the hill from the oceanside retail core of Coupeville in a quiet neighborhood with lovely garden homes and beautiful views all around. My husband and I spent 2 nights here in the 'Garden Room' and really enjoyed our stay. The room is on the small (cozy) side, but the bathroom is huge! We loved it. My husband and I just returned from a weekend in Coupeville, on Whidbey Island in Washington. We stayed at the Lovejoy Inn and found it to be exactly what we were looking for: comfortable, uncomplicated, convenient, quiet, quaint and (relatively) inexpensive.
