This is NOT a luxury hotel. The building is old, but serviceable. The elevator is narrow and a little difficult to navigate, but it works fine. Except for the elevator not working the hotel was not too bad. I will admit elderly or handicapped people may find the stairs a little hard to deal with. Great location-close to all city center attractions. Room was fine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. more
