Abondoned car totally dirty with spots rubbed off on the windows as if someone was looking inside to see if there was a body inside, Slashed tires. I mean dosen't anyone check this garage out? They are so right. This hotel was old, tired, and smelly. The restaurant must have been redecorated in the 1950's. And the service is terrible. I've stayed at this hotel many times, most recently two years ago. It's decent -- not terrible but never very impressive either. If you're visiting Penn or Drexel or one of the smaller nearby schools, the location is great -- but if you want to tour the city, you should only stay here if you get a great deal. more
