We stayed at the Philadelphia Four Seasons with our 7 year old child. Generally, Center City Philadelphia has never had luxury hotels on par with other major cities. The service at all Four Seasons is pretty good, but Philadelphia is the best. The staff manage to remember the names of an astonishingly high proportion of the guests. Everything works the way it is supposed to and every request is dealt with most graciously. Would not stay anywhere else in this city more

Got a great last minute deal for a Saturday night stay. Paid $60.00 extra to upgrade to an executive suite at the time of check-in.
