We do not understand the negative reviews here. It must be understood that this is not a resort property. It is a city hotel which caters to an exclusive, discerning business clientele. It is an elegant, highly dignified hotel where you will receive outstanding service in a refined atmosphere. I do not agree that a renovation is needed or that... more

The best thing about this hotel, by far, is its location. It sits on Logan Square between the financial district and the Philadelphia Art Museum. If you're lucky enough to get a room facing the magnificent fountain in Logan Square, you'll have an almost European feel to enjoy. On the negative side, the hotel is in need of a freshening... more

To be honest, I was a little disappointed with the property. It is a good hotel but not a great hotel and pricing for the property is out of line with the quality of the overall experience. Best things about the property: - service and food at the Fountain restaurant - convenient location in the city center - attentive and... more

Stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. My room was spacious and traditionally furnished. The bed had good quality linens and was comfortable. The robes - plush. I liked the L'Occitane toiletries as well. I ordered room service several times. Each time, the food came on time and was delicious and nicely presented. Try the eggs benedict... more

Lovely, classy hotel on the Ben Franklin Parkway in Center City Philadelphia, within walking distance of the Art Museum, Boathouse Row, Rittenhouse Square, the Franklin Institute, the Free Library, City Hall, etc. The room was about $350. Breakfast was delicious, but for 2 people it was $55. Valet parking for one night was about $45. The room has a new... more

We enjoyed our stay at the FS Philly. The location is convenient and service was excellent. The hotel decor is a little boring and traditional but certainly luxurious and comfortable. Bathrooms in the room are a litte old. We needed to go to U Penn and it was a short ride. You are near both shopping and museums. Breakfast was... more

Our son is going to school in Philadelphia, and we used the Four Seasons as our home base for the move. We used their offer, stay two nights and the third is free. This ended up making the stay at Four Seasons almost reasonable. Upon check in, we were presented with an upgrade offer, $40 more per night for an... more
