This hotel needs an upgrade badly. Expensive for the quality of the room and lack of free wi-fi. Still need to catch a bus to the terminals - despite being close. Bed was uncomfortable and rooms not adequately sound- attenuated. Front desk service was pleasant enough. No mini-bar available in room.

Most airport hotels could use a customer service refresher course. If so the Philadelphia Airport Marriott can teach it. I ended up here due to a weather flight cancellation. Expensive last minute booking. I went up to the Concierge Lounge and met Nate. What a guy! Cheerful. Attentive. Engaging. Made my night! I would almost come back just for that.

Great Location and decent restaurant. Room was typical with no frills to demand $300 + per night. Good customer service and room was clean. Easy walking access to all terminals. Gift shop has Starbucks and the bar area serves decent pub fare. Hotel could really use a better restaurant.

My only real concern? Paying for wifi, especially in an airport location. I hate major hotel chains that charge! I misunderstood and had gotten changed for bed and wanted to simply send an email so ended up boycotting paying and going back to the lobby where it's free. I am a big Marriott fan. Very nice staff, everyone we meet was very nice. If im back in PHL I will stay here again. Its so easy to get to the gates from the hotel. The beds at Marriott are so nice. Its a good night sleep kinda place

Booked via PL for 65$ on an overnight layover to MEX.
