I was staying in this hotel since it was at a walkable distance from Pennsylvania Convention Centre( just opposite). The attitude of the front desk personnel was awful. The breakfast was stale-is it just because it was complimentary? No eggs were served and there was no variety. Of course no restaurant is there in the hotel and food will be... more

Extremely rude and utterly unhelpful staff. No parking for hotel, nearest parking (and good luck getting decent directions to 24-hour parking) was $20 a day and did not feel safe at all leaving my car there. Small room with no wi-fi and internet LAN/ethernet hookup was not working. Decent area, adjacent to Chinatown. Would really only recommend if you only... more

This is not a five star hotel. That being said, It was clean, afordable, included a continental breakfast, and was very convenient to Reading Market, China Town, and the convention center. When I return to Philly, I will stay here again. more

We were gifted enough to receive interiour rooms. Which, at first I thought I would hate, but then again, we were only there to sleep a few hours anyways. However, since the room was at the start of a hallway, next to the elevator, it got a little bit to noisy for my liking, and I didnt get the best... more

I’ve been to the Philadelphia Travelodge hotel twice. My stay last year was great: large & clean room with queen bed, perfect mattress, separate bathroom, good location, friendly staff. The only thing to improve was the “continental” breakfast – I remember last year we could only choose between a muffin and a bagel. This year I was a little less... more

I made reservations at this Philadelphia, PA Center City hotel for one night on a Saturday. When I arrived, I was expecting the hotel to be clean with professional staff. My first negative impression of the hotel came with my encounter with the desk clerk. He assigned me a room which I was not pleased with and said that only... more

Room with two double beds; conditions were cramped. Bathroom was too small to fit a washbasin. That was in the room itself. Not enough space to open our luggage. Apart from that, nothing special. Hotel doesn't have any parking facilities; nearest one is just around the corner, 200 meters away. Parking is pricey though - $20 a day, Patriot Parking. more

Hotel is fine--except that the rooms don't come with iron and ironing board, and when I asked for one at the front desk, the clerk said they were all in use and I'd have to wait until someone returned one. Huh? Maybe....you should buy more irons if you run out of them! So I asked to file a complaint. Well,... more

We used Triprewards points for our two night stay in Philadelphia. We stay at quite a few Cendant hotels and had therefore built up quite a few loyalty points. We wanted to visit all the museums downtown so this hotel made for a perfect choice. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30am (we had an early flight). We were met... more
