This is the least pleasant hotel I could imagine. There is a person at the front desk when you walk in, but they still make you check in at a kiosk. Like an airport. Entirely unfriendly, and fundamentally, really bizarre. The person is standing right there. Here is the list of things that happened: -At 10 at night, we were... more

The infrastructure of this hotel seems like it's falling apart. The lobby was "under renovation" when I was there, which meant dragging luggage up six flights of grubby stairs to check in. The much vaunted automated check in system didn't work. Then there was a 10 minute wait for an elevator, as one of the two was broken, and -... more

This was my 2nd stay at Club Quarters in Philadelphia and again I was very pleased with the cleaniness of the room, the location and service. When I arrived the lights in my room was not working. A quick call to the front desk and they immediately reassigned me to another room that was huge! I have no reservations of... more

Couldn't sleep a wink, even with ear plugs. 9 floors up, and I feel like every car honking, hammer pounding, hoodlum hollering is right outside the window. (Seriously Philly, what's up with allowing construction 24 hours?). The hotel was nice, clean, no real problems except for the noise. If you are a heavy sleeper, you should be fine. If you... more

I booked two rooms more than five months in advance of the Philadelphia Marathon - one standard room and one suite (at considerably additional cost). We had stayed at the same hotel for the marathon on 2005 and stayed in a standard room at a great price. We were very pleased then with the size of the room and the... more

This location in the Club Quarters chain lives up to its billing as a European-style boutique hotel. We were satisfied. more

Stayed at CQ over a weekend and found it to be a very good base. Location in the city was good and a convenient base to start exploring. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff very helpful & polite. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Philadelphia. more

The Club Quarters is a clean, moderately priced hotel located in the most vibrant and bustling part of Center City. Rittenhouse Square is right around the corner, and there are tons of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are small, but they're nicely equipped. The free Wi-Fi is a nice touch. The Club Quarters... more

This place is a joke. No service, no concierge, no amenities, just a horrible and questionably "clean" place. Our room was carpet - stained! The coffee maker in the bathroom that was already too small for comfort......just simply horrible! We actually left before getting settled in and went to the Rittenhouse Square Hotel. Do not be fooled by the photos,... more

i'd been to Philadelphia to visit Art of museum and other things to do. it seems very nice at the first day but stay longer is awful. Very noisy to use everything like turning on the heater as well as using rest room. Even at night I annoyed by next room guest's talking cuz I can hear what she said.... more
