This place is a joke. No service, no concierge, no amenities, just a horrible and questionably "clean" place. Our room was carpet - stained! i'd been to Philadelphia to visit Art of museum and other things to do. it seems very nice at the first day but stay longer is awful. Very noisy to use everything like turning on the heater as well as using rest room. Even at night I annoyed by next room guest's talking cuz I can hear what she said.... more

We planned a short visit to Philadelphia to visit the Museum of Art and the Matisse exhibition. We were looking for a nice hotel in a good location.
