I have stayed here several times before. The rooms are very nice, well kept, clean and comfortable. The beds are particularly comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and beautiful. The only problem with this hotel is that you need to take two separate elevators to get to the street from your room. more

Great location for exploring the city and shopping nearby. The catering for our meeting was very bland. Housekeeping also never emptied my trash the two nights I stayed there. That made me worry that there were other things they were neglecting. more

The layout of the Westin Philadelphia is sort of strange: you have to take an elevator to get to the lobby and check-in, making it a little less welcoming than a ground-floor lobby.
