krystal the front desk receptionist is wonderful she went out of her way for all of our request.She also knew alot about Philadelphia where to go and what to do .Also this place has more a home feeling than a hotel stay thanks to the staff.I freakin love this place.Will recommend this hotel to a friend.A+ more
