As was stated, the lobby is the best part. hallway smells like throw up. area is horrible. if u are going to a sporting event, pay the extra money and stay downtown. No extras. Checked into a room that had ashes on the nightstand and tv didn't work. They "upgraded" me to another room that was filthy. more

I had a confirmed/guaranteed reservation at the hotel. When I arrived to check-in at 8:00pm, I was told that my room had been given away to a couple who had checked in the night before and needed the room for 2 nights. I told the clerk that I had a confirmed guaranteed reservation and she would have to find a... more

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights last week, and was sorely disappointed. Having traveled throughout the world, I can say without reservation that this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the hotel staff was unprofessional, and the overall hotel structure seemed unfit for habitation. I arrived in my room on... more

I stayed in this hotel a few days ago..the lobby is the best part of the hotel. There is a odor in the hallway but the scent isn't too awful just isn't a pine oil smell. The room was clean but not too the T. There was a ciggarette burn in the couch and hole from a cigarrette in the... more

When I pulled up to the door, I was a little anxious. Upon entering the hotel I was a little taken aback by all the marble and mirrors, a little much. The desk clerk Donna is a gem, very helpful and nice. I was given a room on the eighth floor it was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view... more

We found this property on Expedia. It was represented as 'Newly Remodeled', so we assumed the property would be in decent shape. It was not. There were no guests reviews, so I figured that the property probably had changed ownership recently and been remodeled, right? Dead wrong. There was torn and very worn carpet, graffiti on the walls inside the... more

We stayed at this hotel because of the close proximity to the stadium. We read the terrible reviews, but took a chance because of the new management and renovations that were made. It wasn't the nightmare that it was previously, but it wasn't a totally pleasant experience either. When we booked the room, we booked it for four people, we... more

This hotel is not safe for travelers. There are more permanent residents than rentals. There were people screaming, shouting obscenities and banging doors all night long. The rooms are in terrible shape. Missing light bulbs, broken furniture, no cold water at the bathroom sink. The rooms are marginally clean. The building is also in terrible shape. No ice machines, barely... more
