My husband and I stayed one night at this Sheraton and would happily stay there again. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The entrance hallway into the room provided us with additional privacy and increased our living space. The microwave and refrigerator was an added plus. Another plus was the hotel's ideal location to downtown Philadelphia. more

I was pleasantly surprised at all of the modern touches in our room. From the art deco insprired closet, to the cool tv stand, to the red & white baskets under the open vanity in the bathroom... it was all very neat! Plus, the room was very clean.... there was not a stray hair to be found. The lobby staff... more

I was impressed with NE Philly's econo-Sheraton. The bed felt the same as Sheraton's Comfort Sleeper and my aching traveller's back got a good night's rest. The room furnishings are new, minimal and highly functional. The morning room service arrived in less than the promised 30 minutes and my breakfast included perfectly done eggs and something I immensely enjoy when... more

It's a standard hotel for its class. It has all the usual/expected amenities - restaurant/bar, pool, etc. If you're in the area, it will do the job, but there's no reason to go out of your way to stay there. I understand that the rooms were recently renovated, but the results are a bit odd. The bathroom now puts form... more

We just returned from a 2 night stay at the Four Points Philadelphia NE. We booked 2 rooms on priceline.com because we needed a separate connecting room for our twin daughters. Upon checking we were told that there were no connecting rooms available, but after persistance on my part, the hotel manager upgraded up to a suite without any additional... more

I stayed there as part of a wedding that was hosted nearby, no real problems with the hotel itself. Toni was great, the staff answering and directing calls are completely incompitent. I had a problem with my bill after checking my account the next day. They passed me around to different people none of which even took the time to... more

The hotel was a good value. Although it was out of the way for the event we were attending, it had all kinds of reasonably priced restaurants within an easy drive -- and even a short walk. Cleanliness is NUMBER 1 for me and our room was very well appointed and cleaned. Comfy bed. Free internet. Frig, microwave, Dunkin D... more

As I sit on hold now for 10 minutes waiting to speak with the front desk trying to find out why I never got a call back from a previous call, it all becomes so clear. This ain't the Ritz. Nice, clean rooms - priced well, and that's that. If you are trying to call the hotel after 9:00 p.m.,... more

I've been visiting quite a few times over the past several months and have found that the Sheraton Four Points NE is the best! The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff is always helpful and polite. Checked out the fitness room and it's clean and kept up to speed. I will be staying there in the future. more
