My stay was brief but very nice. The room has a great layout. Everything was clean & breakfast offered a lot of options. I was traveling for business but would definetly use the hotel for a family trip to Gettysburg.

I did not spend much time there but what I remember most was finding a used band aid near the toilet and debris on carpet. Was disappointed im the cleanliness. As always the breakfast at Hamptons are very good. Tv was nice size and worked well. Bed was comfortable.

If you are traveling in the area and looking for a comfortable clean hotel, this is the one you should look for. I made our reservation from a resturaunt in Hagerstown MD. It was done and set up within minutes. The beds were comfortable, which is what I look for in a hotel. The front desk staff was awesome.

First visit. I will stay again. About 1-1 1/2 miles out of town. On east - west Hwy 30. which is the York Road, and runs parallel to and about 15 miles below the Pa. Turnpike. The hotel was easy to access, extremely inviting, close to town and to the military park. The room was very clean, fresh, and quiet. The accommodations were as expected and my family was satisfied with the hotel, and would stay at the Hampton Inn in Gettysburg again if we are in the area.

Out of main part of town about a mile +. On York Road. (Hwy 30) which goes east parallel to Pa. Tpk but about 12 miles south of Tpk. Close to Hwy 15 which goes north to Pa Tpk. Ruby Tuesdays restaurant right across the street. Easy to find. Clean. Nice breakfast. Would probably stay here if in area again.

Pricey at $138, dismal shampoo/conditioner, boring breakfast. Location is good. You are close to downtown and the interstate. The rooms are clean. The staff was great. If you aren't interested in the free breakfast go to Hilton Garden which is cheaper with much nicer ammenities. Also, the Marriott Courtyard is an excellent choice as well.

My daughter and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gettysburg and found it to be fantastic. Clean, quiet, friendly, we loved it. Excellent location and excellent staff. Breakfast was always great, Fitness center was clean and the staff was always available and helpful.

Although I am usually a fan of Hampton Inns around the country, this is one I will never go back to again.
