Spur of the moment family outing in Gettysburg. Looked for hotels-all booked. Searched for B&B's -referred to Sentimental Journey from an already booked B&B. Extremely clean, close to EVERYTHING) easy walk to attractions & restaurants. Beds were real comfortable, great off street parking. We stayed in 1st floor "Beautiful Dreamer" private entrance. Wished we had more time.We'll be back ! more

My friends and I stayed at this bed and breakfast 2 years ago and couldn't wait to return. The innkeepers Steve and Barbara always make us feel so welcomed. My dad and I stayed at A Sentimental Journey overnight on our way across Pennsylvania. This place truly is a Gettysburg hidden gem. It's decorated in WWII style, which transports you to another era. From the moment we booked with Barbara, owner of the B & B, we knew it was going to be a terrific stay. The B & B's decor is wwII era.
