“Convenient location in Gettysburg”

Good place to stay. Nothing fancy but clean. The facility is in the center of the restaurants, shops, and activities. There is a small breakfast area that can be very crowded especially when there are tour groups at the motor lodge. The National Cemetary is directly across the road. Only 3 miles to the visitor center and the battle grounds.

Came to Gettysburg for the semi-annual antique fair; wound up at Quality Inn because other usual hotels were full. Rooms were large and clean. Staff ( especially Kelly ) were extremely helpful, providing all kind of information on public transportation ( which surprisingly is free ) which enabled us to get around even though the center of town was full... “Horrible service... Quite unsatisfactory”

The place seemed nice but the staff was clueless. When we checked in we asked for a roll up bed. The desk clerk said no problem and immediately added ten bucks to the charge (no problem with that) we went to the room for an hour... No bed, we checked with the clerk and was reassured that it was coming.... More

“Comfortable stay, close to the battlefield”

My second stay at this Quality Inn. Room was comfortable, clean and fairly up to date (my one real complaint would be: need better pillows!). Staff was friendly and helpful. Anita is a great housekeeper! Breakfast was good! The hotel has a great central location. The Gettysburg address was practically delivered in the back yard! All the main civil war attractions were within walking distance. I do recommend this hotel and I would stay again!

“A bit overpriced but was ok and being a touristy area I am are rooms tend to be more expensive”

Front desk lady was very sweet. Breakfast was good. However, for $130.00 was disappointed in the uncomfortable bed and smell of smoke in nonsmoking room. Also the pillows had a faint smell of sweatiness. The tub was an in room hottub and it was great!

Clean modern rooms, indoor or outdoor pool, good breakfast, lounge. Close to good restaurants, and in the heart of the battlefield. Once you arrive, you can park the car and walk pretty much everywhere. Was very satisfied and will be returning.
