Sherri runs a first class operation. The quarters are nicely appointed, comfortable, and secluded among ponderosa pines. She offers gourmet breakfasts and gratis deserts. Each unit has a lovely private garden space. The furnishings are appealing, colorful and functional. -- Donald Levering & Jane Shoenfeld

What an amazing place!!! The suite was spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Although there was no TV, the suit was well stocked with books and movies. Sheri is a great cook; the breakfast were a wonderful start to the day. The yard was an oasis for migrating birds; we had never seen so many varieties of hummingbirds ever. When... More

A unique experience! Everything was lovely. Nothing like a chain hotel. Sherrie could not have been a more gracious hostess. We found the place exactly what we had hoped for. And El Morro down the road was truly special.

My wife and I stopped here in mid June for one night while on a motorcycle trip. A previous review cautioned us about lack of places for dinner in area, so we picked up a carry out pizza and salad in Grants and some wine from Albuquerque. This proved very satisfactory. The place is remote, sitting on 40 acres, nestled... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cimarron Rose. Sheri was a pleasure, and our suite had a full kitchen, lots of space and a fabulous patio that we wanted to take home with us. Stayed until checkout time because we didn't want to leave the wonderful patio earlier than necessary. I strongly recommend this B&B and would stay there again,... More

Cimarron Rose is not at Grants, but 30 miles away on the Continental Divide, on scenic highway 53 between El MaisPais and El Murro National Monuments. We booked into this "Zuni Mountain B & B" for 3 nights in May 2012 and stayed for 5, in the Zuni Mountain Suite, with two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen-diner, and lovely big bathroom, plus... More

We (mom, dad and 11 year old son) spent 2 nights at this wonderful b&b during a Spring Break trip to northern NM. The inn is warm, welcoming and comfortable. (Not to mention immaculate!) We stayed in the Bandera Suite which had a queen bed and a twin bed and a fully stocked kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and hearty.... More

My family and I stayed here in order to visit El Morro, El Malpais, Ice Cave, and then onto Chaco Canyon. Cimarron Rose was the perfect location for accessing all these places. The room we had (Cimmaron) was spacious and cozy; the kitchen was nicely stocked and nicely appointed. The bathroom had a tub but lacked a proper stand up... More

This may be my favorite B & B of all time--each suite is beautifully furnished with southwestern decor--cozy and comfortable. The outdoor patios and gardens are so restful. Shari makes a wonderful breakfast and delivers it to your suite. This B & B is situated in an area that doesn't get as much attention as the northern part of the... More

My husband and two children and I ventured out for an overnight in the Grant's area hoping for a restful break from Albuquerque. We hiked at El Morro National Monument and then retreated for an evening at Cimarron Rose. We loved the cozy, woodsy room with wonderful southwest decor, a stock of cut logs and kindling for the wood burning... More
