My SIL, three-year-old and one-year-old stopped at this hotel while traveling to California from Dallas. The hotel was a very good choice for an overnight stay after a 12-hour drive. The staff was helpful, the room spacious and clean, the pool was nice. We ate at the on-site restaurant. The restaurant had good food, although service was slow. But I... more

I am surprised at the negative tone of some of the reviews, because we had a very clean, large room with good beds and pillows, two sinks, and a great indoor pool area. We had no complaints at all and would definitely stay again. more

Keep driving. This place is awful and the front desk staff are nasty and unhelpful. The restaurant food is disgusting and apparently the cook will only prepare things the way she wants - too bad for you. The price was way too high. (90.00 for one night - had to pay extra for a king bed because only their "suites"... more

Stayed here for one night on route from Phoenix to Santa Fe. It's on a strip of hotels as this is clearly a stop over kind of place. The Receptionist was pleasant though my non smoking room stank of cigarettes - absolutely reeked, however having lugged my bag there I wasn't minded to go back and complain. The room was... more

We stayed here three years ago on a cross-country road trip. We liked it so much that we specifically booked it when heading through New Mexico for Christmas. We arrived on Christmas Eve, and were not surprised that the restaurant and bar were closed- due to the holiday and the hotel being almost empty. We ended up having dinner at... more

Great choice if you're visiting Acoma/Sky City. Large, very clean, new-looking room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast. All at an extremely reasonable price. We are pretty fussy about our hotels (we typically stay at Hyatt or above when we travel) but were very pleased with our stay here. Highly recommend it if you're in the area. more

Foreign hairs in the shower and on shower walls, non-functioning tub drain (yuck), dirty toilet, grimy bedspreads, carpet. In addition, non-functioning pool/spa (part of reason for choice of hotel), no adjustment despite request. Hot breakfast was fine, staff was friendly. more

This was the worst hotel stay I have had since 2003. We stopped there a little after 5 in the afternoon without reservations because we wanted a relaxing evening. The lobby and common areas of the property were impressive. The rate was the best we had seen after almost two weeks on the road. The room was conveniently located. We... more

We stayed here on a Sunday and it is a good thing this hotel has a restaurant. Every other place in town was closed. But it was better than we expected, and was fine for a dinner on the road. The free included breakfast was also a good buffett with eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, assorted rolls and muffins. The... more

We stayed at the property for 1 night. The hotel has large rooms. There is a nice heated indoor pool and hot tub. It is a good location for access El Morro National Monument and El Mapais National Monument sites. The hotel had free wireless Internet access. It also had free hot breakfast buffet included. My only complaint is that... more
