I plan on staying at this hotel on all future trips to Jacksonville and st. Augustine visits. Hotel was clean, comfortable, nothing to complain about at this place. Staff was friendly, laundry facilities on site and convenient location for traveling between Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

Right off I95, it was a perfect place to stay. But the rooms weren't that clean, the bathtub was clogged, it smelled like smoke, and the breakfast was non-existent. The cleaning staff was very pushy and waited for us at the door before checkout. And it was very apparent he wasn't cleaning.
