My husband and family have been at the Inn at Mayo Clinic for over three months now and it's ideal for a long-term stay. Management and cleaning staff are just great. Everyone has worked on making the family as comfortable as possible and are very responsive to requests. I would definitely recommend it. more

Leaky toilet , had to chase down " non English speaking" hotel maid twice to get room cleaned. Complained at front desk. They really didn't care. Had same problem day after day. more

This Hotel should not be operated by Marriott. The rooms are filthy. The management is indifferent to customer complaints.
