The Beach Landing Motel is a small, older motel. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The air conditioners are somewhat noisy, the carpet needs replaced as do the mini fridges; although they do work. The rooms are newly painted and the linens are clean and fresh. The couple that runs the motel are friendly, caring, and accommodating. He patrols the back/ocean side of the motel frequently. He checks out every suspicious person and loud noise. I just spent a week with my two daughters and grandson and felt very safe and secure. If you are not expecting a newly built, state of the art, expensive motel you won't be disappointed. We have been there three times and expect to go back many more times in the future. This is a perfect place for families with a tight budget. I highly recommend it. If you want a simple, no-frills motel, right on the ocean, then this is the place for you. more
