This is a brand new hotel. It's extremely clean and there are obvious efforts to keep it that way. The staff were helpful and efficient. The indoor pool looked really inviting. I was there for an overnight stay to take my son to an appt. at the Mayo clinic. This hotel met our needs very well and I will stay here again. It's close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants and was reasonably close to both the Mayo and to UNF. I appreciated the late check-out recommended by the staff since my son's appt. was very early. I also appreciated that breakfast was available in the hotel or in take-out form for those on the run. All worked and was comfortable. Pillows are a bit fluffy- If you need a hard pillow- you might want to bring one. more
