Filthy!!! We reserved 4 nites, had to stay 1st night because of lateness. Got out ASAP next morning. Room is dirty, looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a week. Took my shirts out of the bureau this AM to pack and found a roach in the drawer (hope I don't take it home with me! Went for free coffee... more

Every year we take a cruise. Our bus leaves from Jacksonville. This hotel goes above and beyond to assist us in anyways possible to make us comfortable. Rooms are extra clean. Staff is super courteous. It's like a home away from home. more

Beware of bait and switch. We had a confirmed rate but they increased it more than twice the rate when we checked in. They charged our credit card almost 4 times more than we agreed. This place is a dump. The rooms are in poor shape. We found used drug needles in ours and a busted toilet. They changed our... more
