I stayed for 4 days in this hotel. It is very clean, and provides good value: free wireless and wired internet, free continental breakfast (it is OK), free parking. The location is in a safe and nice area, just about 10-15 minutes to downtown, 20-30 minutes to the beaches, and 40-50 minutes to St. Augustine. more

It is a neat and clean hotel. Beds are comfortable. The only bad thing that happened to us is the Front Desk person who checked us in was very rude to us. more

We stayed on May 2, 2008 for a meeting and checked in early after BEGGING to have a room ASAP. The front desk clerk was nice and felt sorry for us and did give us the first available room. The bathroom does have a slight urine odor and there was a fresh wet stain on the rug in the room.... more

This hotel is in dire need of updating and cleaning. Spotted, soiled carpets in sleeping room. Bed linens were threadbare, quality of cheesecloth. We stayed only one night and moved to a nearby Comfort Suites, which we found to be of superb quality and at a lesser rate. I visited this hotel during the Florida- Georgia football game, usually a very boisterous weekend. Even though the hotel was full, the staff was friendly, the room was immaculate (it appeared recently remodeled), and the atmosphere was appealing. A great stay! more

The Room: Linens were satisfactory, received fresh towells every day. The heater needed replaced because I tried to warm up my room a little and the smoke alarm went off!
