This was a disaster. We found evidence of bed bugs in two rooms then finally found one that seemed clean. My wife still got bitten and has spent the last few days disinfecting every item of clothing,luggage etc.
We neither asked for nor were offered compensation for this shambles.

We book Best Western because of convenience of shuttle service that they had. We were taking directly to Carinval Ship port promptly and then they were waiting we arrived back in Florida. I thought this was just great. We knew that our car was being watched while we were gone. Thank you.
