Stayed here in September while doing business in the Riverside/Avondale area. Great location, close to interstate and easy walking distance to good restaurants and water taxi to the Riverfront Landing, Alltel Stadium, etc...Room was a good size and nicer than I expected. If you want to stay downtown Jax, this place is OK. The room was fine - don't expect any luxury, but it's clean, modern, and the staff is nice. It's a motel room with a kitchen. Since it's in downtown Jax, don't espect to go out at night. more

I do a lot of biz. in the Jacksonville area, was once there for two weeks straight and stayed here, it made such a long trip not so bad. they charged me for a night i wasn't even there. the housekeeper didn't clean the room once out of the 4 day 3 night stay. it has taken 3 weeks and counting for my refund for the charge when i wasn't even there. the hotel was completely full with my family and 3/4 of them had some type of problem.... more
