We stayed here for a wedding that we attended in late May. Over all the location was good for where we were in Jacksonville. The hotel is really an older style two-story motel, but it was clean. Not the nicest La Quinta I've ever stayed at but it is positioned more for local needs, such as the wedding we went... more

We stayed 3 nights, and had 2 rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. Our friend's room was fine, but ours had an issue with critters. (small palmetto bugs) I found and killed at least 3 in the bathroom, and one on the wall in the bedroom. The last straw is when one was crawling on my face at 3am.... more

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and overall it was not too bad. Pros: easy to find, comfortable mattress, good service. Cons: Major con was mold in the bathroom - everywhere from the tub itself to the ceiling (easy to remove by spraying some bleach over it). Other than that - average hotel for a good price. more

One of the best hotels for this price range I have seen in quite a while. The room was very good size and very clean. The linens were soft and nice to the skin. Great shopping and eating area around the hotel and the area looked very safe. The staff was absolutely wonderful. One thing I was not aware of... more

Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking rooms but reek of smoke. Pool was nice and it was refreshing to have a bath house by the pool. more

I have never written a review before, But felt I had to write this one...I should have known it would be bad when trying to check in the desk person was helping another woman straighten out her resevations, in between phone calls with the manager and the Husband calling the police I was checked in given a room key card... more

I don't write many reviews, but I had to write one about this hotel. The first time my family stayed here, it was a bad experience. Unclean rooms and rude staff were what I remember. The second time (hoping the first time was a mistake) was even worse. The place is falling apart and the clientel is definitely going down... more

Clean hotel in nice area. Day staff were quite courteous and wonderful; night staff was a bit harried and abrupt. Breakfast buffet was quite good for this type--buffet with hot, fresh waffles and sausage rollups you reheat, as well as muffins, danish, cereals (hot/cold), juices, and coffee. Outside of hotel could use a coat of paint and a little other renovation.... more

Stayed here Jan. 11th & 12th. Chose it for location & pets accepted policy. Large, clean room. Recommend asking for room on back side of hotel, away from freeway, which is where we were....quiet enough. We had a lot of baggage, though, & were on 2nd floor; no elevator to 2nd floor, so ask for 1st floor if 2 flights... more

I've never had so many problems at a hotel. First room we were in the wireless internet didn't connect, the TV's color was so bad it looked like black & white (the front desk clerk tried to fix it and said the remote was to the cable not the TV & maintenance would have to fix it), the carpet was... more
