The staff was very fine , & with the exception of the toilet ( you could barely wipe one's self without getting you hand wet) everything was to notch. more

Never again will we stay at this HoJo, and it is unfortunate because the hotel is indeed very convient to Downtown (was a few minute trip), the hotel was clean and the staff is very friendly. I've been coming to Jacksonville almost on a monthly basis. I've stayed at the Howard Johnson the last couple times and this time I got a pleasant surprise. They upgraded their furniture over the Christmas holidays. It was a very nice touch (and the price didn't increase either!). I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend this hotel... more
