I found this motel to be a tremendous value right in the heart of Astoria. The nightly soups were superb (and free!) and the staff friendly and helpful. My room was clean and provided everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this motel for the value-minded traveler. more

we arrived late in the evening and it was blowing and raining. it was a comfort to see the lamps in the windows lit up. it was very welcoming. the rooms were comfortable and the hospitality was very nice. we would stop there again when passing thru. more

Dirty...dirty...dirty...The room itself was average, but the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub was filthy with a long brown hair...obviously hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom floor was horrible and the window sill....yuk! It was supposed to be non-smoking but everything stank of smoke. The WiFi worked on and off...never very well. more

We stayed here for one night, just looking for a quick pit stop as a start for our trip down the Oregon Coast. Room was nothing fancy, but did have fridge and microwave.
