Disgusting. The valet's were the only employees there who were kind and courteous. The experience specialist would not make it in the real world. No extra's at all. If you stay here you will be treated like DIRT from the desk clerks, you will get double billed on your credit card, and this hotel will charge an extra $9.95 as a destination fee which is not tax and is probably illegal. NEVER AGAIN. more
