Stayed the first night of our trip here to accomodate our grandchildren. I'm not sure why the street noise can be heard so well, but it is really bad. Our room was across the street from a nightclub and the noise was till 3 or 4 in the morning. Would not stay there again because of that. more

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It's lovely, has a nice staff and fabulous location. Only 2 blocks to the Inner Harbor, and a short walk to Camden Yards. Very nice free breakfast buffet as well. more

I can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel other than the windows could use another pane to better soundproof against city noises...but then again that's what you'd expect staying in the city. Was in Baltimore with my family and some friends for the Notre Dame-Navy football game in mid November at nearby Ravens Stadium. The hotel, located in a former bank building, is small but clean. Not much to add to what others have said. Stayed in room 709. HGad two double beds. Clean, stafff was very nice. The housekeeper heard us talking about all the emergency squads and all the noise they make and reached into her cart and gave us ear plugs. My family was having a wedding in Baltimore, so a large group of us rented rooms at the Springhill Suites. Parking is a real problem (the hotel provides expensive valet parking). There is more reasonable parking around the corner at the intersection of E. Baltimore and South St. Some folks in our large group had problems getting their cars back... more
