We decided to stay here due to its proximity to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. The price was reasonable compared to others in the area, although please note that parking was valet only and ran $28 per night. The area was safe and well lit, and surprisingly quiet despite being downtown, with a few sirens from time to time.... more

I won't go into details about the room, because a few have already described it, but we were pleased. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly-recommending restaurants and even calling to ask questions about the menus, without us asking them to. They arranged a shuttle to get us to the restaurant we ended up picking, but everything... more

Stayed the first night of our trip here to accomodate our grandchildren. I'm not sure why the street noise can be heard so well, but it is really bad. Our room was across the street from a nightclub and the noise was till 3 or 4 in the morning. Would not stay there again because of that. more

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It's lovely, has a nice staff and fabulous location. Only 2 blocks to the Inner Harbor, and a short walk to Camden Yards. Very nice free breakfast buffet as well. more

I can't think of anything bad to say about this hotel other than the windows could use another pane to better soundproof against city noises...but then again that's what you'd expect staying in the city. Also parking can be a challenge but again...staying in the city. Easy walking distance to all inner harbor attractions, Nat'l Aquarium, Port Discovery, Camden Yards.... more

If you're looking for a great hotel to combine business with fun in Baltimore, this is it! The Springhill has wireless & wired internet plus a great business center, huge guest suites with sitting & work areas, plus it's all found in a fantastic historic building close to everything in the inner harbor. The building is a former bank, so... more

Stayed for three weeks at the Spring Hill Suites. The room was very clean and well designed. The staff consistently went out of their way to provide information and assistance. I would rate this property as 4 stars and would would very highly recommend to anyone visiting Baltimore. more

Was in Baltimore with my family and some friends for the Notre Dame-Navy football game in mid November at nearby Ravens Stadium. The hotel, located in a former bank building, is small but clean. If you have younger children, show them the former vault (now a meeting room) in the basement. The complementary breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel's... more

Not much to add to what others have said. Stayed in room 709. HGad two double beds. Clean, stafff was very nice. The housekeeper heard us talking about all the emergency squads and all the noise they make and reached into her cart and gave us ear plugs. We never used them, but what do you expect when you are... more

My family was having a wedding in Baltimore, so a large group of us rented rooms at the Springhill Suites. Parking is a real problem (the hotel provides expensive valet parking). There is more reasonable parking around the corner at the intersection of E. Baltimore and South St. Some folks in our large group had problems getting their cars back... more
