I was part of a women's retreat that went to the Phonix Risin over Veteran's weekend. This place was a very sad excuse for a bed and breakfast. This has got to be the worst bed and breakfast imaginable. I hate to call it a bed and breakfast because we didn't even recieve breakfast.
