My wife booked online through hotels.com without checking reviews. The Redsox were playing Orioles that weekend and everything was booked up. However, even the Bostonians stayed away from this place. It looked like the motel from the Psycho and Halloween movies. Loaded with transients, the city must put the homeless up there. Anyhow, I am not against that, but when... more

The only good point of this hotel was its location. Close to inner harbor. None smoking room smelled like smoke. Wall paper in sleeping area and bathroom was pealing off the wall. Carpet, that extended up the wall, was off the wall. Bathroom was dirty, tub was stained water damage on ceiling. This is no joke. The inside door handle... more

I'm not really sure which was the worst part. Maybe it was the rodents living in the room? Maybe it was the vomit in the stairway? Maybe it was the bad service at the desk? Or, possibly, it was the garbage in the hallways and parking lot. If you care about your travelling companions, or yourself, steer clear of this... more

Facility is very dirty. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and you can see a line of dust around the entire room. Mold/mildew in shower and the ceiling is damaged from the mildew. Our door had been vandalized and poorly repaired. Sidewalks, stairwells are very dirty. Front desk less than helpful. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Just keep on driving.... more

We checked in on a Friday night. Adjoining bar was jumping. We presented our card through bullet proof glass. Next morning we checked out the continental breakfast and the room (right, not in the lobby, but another hotel room) smelled terrible. Got a couple of packaged items and left. The carpet was sticky. I wore crocs in the room to... more

This place was dirty. The bathroom floor and tub were very dirty. A bug was found. The fridge had 2 inches of ice in it and the hotel clerk didn't care that meds needed refridgeration. The list to address was getting longer as the staff there was not helpful nor cared. Next came the mouse in the room. Still yet... more

I booked a room because I needed to be near Kernan Hospital which is nearby and I didn't have a car. The hotel was supposed to have a shuttle. I checked in and when I asked about the shuttle they looked at me with a blank stare. The room was in the back, on the ground floor with a view... more

I will never stay at this property again. I've stayed here a few times in the last two years and it continues to go downhill. I was there over this past weekend. I had a ground floor room in the back of the property to avoid freeway noise in the front. First, the rooms are VERY tiny. Barely enough room... more

We stayed at the Quality Inn on Security Blvd in Baltimore, MD. The motel was old and dirty. We had to move to another room because the smell was so bad. The room we moved to was much better. The cleaning crew was good and did everything to make our stay bearable. Management knew that this motel was going to... more

This was the worst hotel experience ever! The floors were so dirty my son feet were black within minutes. The room reek with smoke odor in a non-smoking room. AC did not work in 4 rooms so be ready to sweat your [--] off. My bathroom door had a fist bunched in it. The bathroom floor was dirty like it... more
